Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Product Registration
Answer:
All Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances can be registered in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Connect capable appliances can be controlled by the Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App
- Non-connect capable appliances will appear in the app but cannot be controlled. Helpful information such as Use and Care Guides can be found for these products in the app.
- Refer to Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Connected Ready Appliances for a list of connect capable appliances.

Registering products in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App can be done two ways.
Register Product Using Serial Number:
- On the Home screen, tap the plus+ icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter appliance serial number in the Search Serial Number bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the appliance information on the Register Your Appliance screen.
Register Appliance During Pairing Process:
- Refer to Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Connected Appliance Pairing for instructions on registration during pairing.
Remove a Registered Appliance:
- On the Home screen, press and hold on the appliance you would like to remove.
- A trash can icon will appear in the top-right corner.
- Tap the trash can icon.
- Confirm that you would like to remove the appliance.
To register a product that has been previously owned:
- Verify the product has been correctly removed from the previous owner's account. See Disconnect or Remove Connected Appliances from Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Once the product has been removed from the previous owner's account, contact the Sub-Zero Customer Care Team at [email protected] or call (800) 222-7820, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST.
