Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Login Issues
Troubleshooting:
Reset Account Password
To reset a Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account password:
- Go to the Product Registration Website.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address used for your Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account.
- Click Submit. The instructions for resetting the password are sent via email to that email address.
Password reset is also available in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Reset Password to reset the password for the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account as shown in the screenshots below.
