Troubleshooting:
Reset Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Account Password
- Go to the Product Registration Website.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address used for your Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account.
- Click Submit. The instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to that email address.
Reset Password on Sub-Zero Group Owner's App
Recent app updates require users to reset their password the next time they access their account. To reset the account password, follow these steps:
For iOS:
- Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App and select Log In. You will be redirected to the subzero-wolf.com sign in page.
- Select Forgot your password. When prompted, enter the email address used for the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email, then select Verify Code.
- On the Reset Password screen, enter a new password in accordance with listed specifications.
- Select Continue to complete the password change. Proceed to app as usual.
For Android:
- Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App and select Log In. You will be redirected to the subzero-wolf.com sign in page.
- Select Forgot Password and enter your Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App Email.
- Enter verification code sent to the email.
- After verifying the code, you will be directed to a Multi-Factor Authentication. Select Text Code or Call Me and enter the code provided.
- Continue to Password Reset and change the password in accordance with specifications.
- Log In to the account as usual and continue to an additional Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Follow the same authentication steps as mentioned before.
- Password is successfully changed. Proceed to app as usual.
