Answer:
An appliance must be removed from the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App, if you are moving, selling, or replacing the product.
- Note: To add an appliance that has previously been removed from an account, the appliance must first be forgotten from the mobile device's Bluetooth Settings. For instructions, refer to Sub-Zero Group Owner's App Unable to Find Appliances.
Remove an Appliance from the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App
If appliance is currently connected:
- Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- Tap the appliance you want to remove.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Remove.
If appliance is offline, no longer owned, or has an error code present:
- Open the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- The app will attempt to connect to your appliance using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- After the connection fails, an error will appear. Press and hold the appliance you want to remove.
- A message will appear asking you to confirm you would like to remove the appliance from your account.
- Tap Remove.
