To select a cooking mode:

  1. Rotate the selector bezel to the desired cooking mode. - - - appears on the oven knob display.
  2. Turn the control knob to increase or decrease the temperature or touch Start on the control panel.
  3. Either action completes the second step of the process and preheat begins.

All Next Dual Fuel Range models have the modes listed below.

*Mode not available in the 18" oven.
