Answer:
The Sanitize Mode for the Convection Steam Oven (CSO) uses steam to clean baby bottles and canning jars and is faster and safer than conventional methods. Enter the Sanitize Mode through the More mode menu.
These instructions apply to the Legacy Convection Steam Oven with touch controls. For Legacy CSOs with a knob, refer to Legacy Convection Steam Oven (Knob Control) Cleanse Mode.
To start Sanitize Mode:
- Touch More.
- Use the arrows to select Sanitize.
- Touch Enter.
- Follow the directions on the screen.
