The Convection Steam Oven (CSO) Cleanse mode uses steam to clean baby bottles and canning jars, and is faster and safer than conventional methods.
- Do not use the CSO as a substitute for sanitizing baby bottles or other jars.
- Cleanse mode is not designed to sanitize dishes.
These instructions apply to Legacy CSOs with a knob. For CSOs without a knob, refer to Legacy Convection Steam Oven (Touch Control) Sanitize Mode.
Setting Cleanse mode:
- Press OK.
- Turn knob to Cleanse.
- Press OK.
- Turn knob to select desired option:
- Cleanse Baby Bottles
- Prepare Jam Jar
- Preserve Jam
- Press OK.
