National Consumer Promotion Backordered Item Changes

Troubleshooting:
If a customer indicates they would like to cancel an item that is backordered, and exchange it for an item that is available:
- Go to the NCP submission review website.
- http://ncpredemption.subzero.com
- See National Consumer Promotion Redemption Order Lookup.
- Refer to National Consumer Promotion Delayed Orders for status updates for backordered items.
- Verify the item they wish to cancel has not shipped.
- Email [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] letting them know what item is to cancel along with the customer information, which you can simply copy/SnagIt from the redemption site to save time.
- Record the details of the replacement item/s including knob color of the item/s (must be equivalent points).
- Email [email protected] to place an order for the alternate item/items, alternate addresses for delayed shipments and letting them know which item you requested be canceled. Include the same customer information for them, as you provided to HBB.
- Inform the customer to allow up to two weeks for the change order to process.
