If more than 3-4 weeks has passed since the customer has received their approval email, and the order has not shipped:
- Email HBB at [email protected], or email [email protected] and copy [email protected].
- To request an ETA on shipping, also copy: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]
- Include the customer's name and address in the email along with what products were ordered.
