Benefits
We value our employees
We developed a competitive benefits package that protects our employees’ health, promotes wellness, and contributes to their future. In addition to tangible, specific benefits, we offer benefits that ensure a healthy work/life balance, promote camaraderie among employees, and help you feel like a valued team member from your very first day. Benefits may vary based on work location, length of service with the company, or position. Primary benefits you may be eligible for are listed below.
Building a strong, valued, connected workforce
Having meaningful connections with colleagues and feeling valued is an important part of job satisfaction and performance. Here are just a few ways we support and recognize our employees.
EXTRAS THAT ADD UP
Our campuses offer free annual flu shots, dry cleaning concierge, periodic on-site blood drives, and discounts to various local stores and hotels.
Your wellbeing is our priority
We encourage our employees to strive for a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. We offer medical-premium discounts for employees who participate in wellness initiatives.
RUN/WALK EVENTS
We advertise and support employee participation in local run/walk/bicycling events, such as the Crazy Legs race in Madison and the Rock and Roll Marathon in Phoenix.
LOCAL FARMERS' MARKET VOUCHERS
To encourage healthy eating—and because we believe fresh food matters—we partner with local farmers’ markets to provide our employees and their families with discounted vouchers for locally-grown produce.
QUARTERLY WELLNESS CAMPAIGNS
We create campaigns to promote healthy eating, work/life balance, and physical activity for our employees and their families, in addition to sending a monthly Wellness Newsletter.
Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Scholarship Program
The company established a scholarship program to assist employees’ children who plan to pursue post-secondary education at vocational and university programs. Multiple $1,000 scholarships are offered annually. Awards are renewable up to three years on the basis of satisfactory academic performance and continued parental employment.
