How to Access Cooking Modes:
Transitional and Contemporary Models:
- Touch the home screen to select either Quick Start or Gourmet.
- The Quick Start option is used to select cooking mode and temperature.
- Gourmet Mode is used to cook select food items based on pre-programmed cooking modes and temperatures.
Professional Models:
- Turn selector knobs to enter desired mode, including Gourmet.
- Professional models do not have a Quick Start option, since modes are directly accessible using selector knobs.
