Troubleshooting:
While in Showroom Mode, if a temperature and mode are entered, the preheat screen will show for 10 seconds and switch to the cooking mode set temperature screen, simulating a preheat.
- The temperature will rise to the set temperature very quickly.
To enter Showroom Mode on E Series Ovens:
- With the unit off, press and hold Set Timer key for 5 seconds.
- Select option 2 to turn Showroom Mode on.
To disable Showroom Mode:
- Make sure product is connected to 240 V electrical supply.
- With the unit off, press and hold Set Timer key for 5 seconds.
- Select option 2 to turn Showroom Mode off.

Showroom kit, part number 810110, includes a transformer to step a regular 120 V outlet up to 240 V.
- This kit works on Legacy E Series Ovens to set them up for Showroom Mode by stepping up the 120 V outlet to 240 V.
- E Series Ovens must be stepped up to 240 V. Showroom Mode will not work on 120 V.
- With this kit, put the ovens into Showroom Mode immediately so elements do not turn on and the small transformer does not overload.
- In 2011, Legacy E Series Wall Ovens changed to return to Showroom Mode if they were in Showroom Mode and a power outage occurred.
