Answer:
Convection Broil Mode shortens broiling times for thicker cuts of meat, fish, and poultry. Use two-piece broiler pan and always broil with the door closed.
Convection Broil is ideal for cooking:
- Bone-in chicken breast
- Chicken quarters
- Chicken thighs
- Fish fillet 1" thick
- Garlic bread 1" thick
- Steak 1-1/2" thick
- Turkey pieces
To select a cooking mode:
- Touch the desired cooking mode on the control panel. For double ovens, touch UPPER/LOWER to select the oven.
- Touch ENTER to select the preset temperature or use the number pads to change the temperature.
- Touch ENTER.
