Answer:

The burner pan removal hook, also referred to as the "S" hook (part # 816329), is provided to lift and remove the burner pan for cleaning.

• This instruction only applies to R Series Gas Range and RT Series Rangetops.
  • To determine model, refer to Wolf Serial Tag Locations.

To remove the burner pan:

1. Remove the cast iron grates.
2. Insert the vinyl-coated end of the "S" hook into one of the oblong holes in the drip pan.
3. Lift upward and set the drip pan aside for cleaning.
