The cooking chart is a guide.

The cooking guide lists two temperatures for recipes that often call for high heat at first, followed by heat reduction later in the baking process.
Recipe or package directions take precedence over the cooking chart.
When following the rack position recommendations, keep in mind that rack position one is the lowest rack position.

Tips for Success

Preheat	Make sure the oven is fully preheated. During preheat, the oven is heated in a manner unsuitable for cooking. Use preheat for all cooking modes except broil and convection broil.
Convection	If using Convection Mode, refer to Cooking with Convection in Wolf Oven. See also, Convection Settings on Legacy Dual Fuel Range Knob.
Bakeware	Stainless steel is not a good conductor of heat. More browning is possible when using aluminum baking sheets or dark nonstick baking sheets. Both will make the bottoms of cookies, for example, more brown.
Recipes	Refer to Sub-Zero and Wolf Tips and Recipes. Search recipes by product, food type, season, and courses. Also search cooking, food storage, and wine tips.
