To clean stainless steel and platinum, follow these steps:

1. Allow the burner pans to cool.
2. Use a lint-free or microfiber cloth and a stainless steel cleaner to remove any food stains.
3. To remove burn marks or heat stains from stainless steel, apply Penny Brite® cleaning paste to a sponge and lightly rub with the grain until the burn marks are gone.
4. Wipe any remaining residue with a clean, damp cloth or sponge.
5. Apply a polish to maintain luster and protect the surface from future food stains.
6. Always apply cleaner and polish in the same direction as the grain.
7. Follow cleaner package instructions.
8. If cleaning tips below do not work, spot or baked-on spills are likely permanent.
