For customers calling with a defective Dealer purchase they would like exchanged for the equivalent product, follow the steps in NCP Defective Product Replacement - Equal Exchange.

  • Any transactions that involve an exchange of dollars (refund) or a non-equivalent product (different cost) must be handled by the Dealer. We are not set up to support this type of transaction.

  • After RA request approval, you will receive return instructions via email.
  • Returns must be received within 60 days and in one shipment.

  • ​Wolf Gourmet requires a Return Authorization number for all returns.
  • Wolf Gourmet reserves the right to visual inspection before returns approval.
  • Our dock will refuse any unauthorized returns and the freight charges will be the responsibility of the account.
  • Wolf Gourmet to evaluate returned merchandise.

Direct all exchanges for a different product, refund, or any return requiring a cash transaction back to the selling Dealer.
