Black Kickplate and Stainless Kickplate

Sub-Zero Classic series (CL) overlay models come with a black kickplate. The Classic stainless steel unit comes standard with a stainless kickplate.

  • A solid stainless steel kickplate is available for models that do not come with one, but it is sold separately.
  • The kickplate is held in place by magnets located on the kickplate mounting brackets.
  • If needed, screws for the kickplate mounting bracket can be ordered using part number 6200050.

Kickplate Installation

Place the kickplate against the magnetic kickplate mounting brackets.

Kickplate Height

The kickplate must be removable for service. The floor cannot interfere with removal.

  • Refer to the label mounted on the kickplate support for height clearance.
  • It is not possible to increase the toe kick height for Classic units. 4" is the only height available.
