Designer (IT, IC) Filter Will Not Reset

Troubleshooting:

  1. Follow the Designer (IT, IC) Reset Water Filter instructions.
  2. Verify the control board software version by touching settings, then the information icon, then versions.

Answer:

If customer has a Premiere Partner, or FCS that uses the Connected Diagnostic Program, they can use the program to update the software on the control and UIM.

  • All Premiere Partners have and use the Connected Diagnostic Program (CDP).
    • All FCS have access to CDP, however not all of them use it.
  • If customer in not in a Premiere Partner market, and FCS indicates they do not use or have access to CDP, have FCS replace the control board and UIM.
