Cause:

• Ice maker mold heater failure
• Stuck cube

Troubleshooting:

1. Turn power off.
2. Try to remove cubes.
3. Defrost if needed.
   • For electronic control panel units, it is possible to disable the freezer section only:
     • Classic (BI) Manual Compartment Disable Instructions
     • 700 Series Manual Compartment Disable Instructions
     • 600 Series units:
       • Starting with serial number 1810000:
         • 600 Series Disable Single Section Starting with Serial Number 1810000
       • Prior to serial number 1810000:
         • It is not possible to disable a single section on 600 Series prior to serial number 1810000. For additional information, refer to 600 Series Disable Single Section Prior to Serial Number 1810000.
   • For dial control units, turn the control down past 1 to the "off" position.
     • Refer to Turn Off Dial Control Refrigerator or Freezer for more information.
4. Reset unit.
5. Make sure ice maker is on.
6. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, service is necessary to expertly diagnose and repair the product. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
