  1. Verify the Sub-Zero Owner’s Group App has permission to send notifications
    • For iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > locate the Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App > confirm notifications are allowed.
    • For Android: Go to Settings > Apps > locate the Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App > confirm notifications are allowed.
