Appliance Requirements

All Cove Dishwashers, most current Sub-Zero refrigerators, and some current Wolf Ranges and Wall Ovens are compatible with the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App. 

Service Connect Mode

  • Service Connect Mode allows appliance owners to collect and share appliance performance data with service technicians.
  • In Service Connect Mode, it is not necessary to create an account on the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
How Collected Data is Used
  • After an appliance is connected, performance data is automatically collected and accessible to service technicians and to the Sub-Zero Group customer care team.
  • Data collected includes metrics such as appliance temperature, door openings, and selected modes. These can be used to help a technician diagnose appliance issues and prepare before visiting the home, or to confirm that a fix was successful after a service visit. 

To Enter Service Connect Mode

  1. Download the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App
  2. On the login screen, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.
  3. From the menu, select Service Connect.

  4. Confirm Service Connect Mode.

  5. Select the appliance to pair.
  6. Follow on-screen instructions to pair appliance via bluetooth connection.
