- Requested update for security
Troubleshooting:
- Refer to the troubleshooting steps in Connected Appliance Connectivity Troubleshooting for any connectivity issue, including not connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi passwords are often case-sensitive. Try retyping the Wi-Fi password.
- If the password window has a feature to show the password as it is typed, try retyping the password with that feature turned on.
- Verify the Wi-Fi security is supported:
- The following Wi-Fi security is supported:
- WPA (PSK)
- WPA2_Personal (PSK)
- The following security is not supported:
- Open
- WEP
- WPS
- WPS is not available for AP-Mode Registration.
