Answer:
When in range of a unit that is linked to the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App, it may appear on the app list to connect to it, even if the unit is not owned by the current app user.
- If a product you no longer own appears in the application, refer to Disconnect or Remove Connected Appliances from the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App.
- The unowned device cannot be connected to without the pin code from the appliance.
