Answer:

Connected Legacy Designer Series (IT, IC, ID) units generate a mobile alert in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App when an appliance error code is detected.

To View Active Error Codes:

  1. Navigate to the appliance Settings, scroll to the Information section, and select Service Info. 

  2. The Service Info screen shows any active error codes.
  3. Active error codes will also appear as a notification on the Appliance Home screen.
