Answer:
Connected Legacy Designer Series (IT, IC, ID) units generate a mobile alert in the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App when an appliance error code is detected.
- This feature is currently only available for units starting with serial number 5959000.

To View Active Error Codes:
- Navigate to the appliance Settings, scroll to the Information section, and select Service Info.
- The Service Info screen shows any active error codes.
- Active error codes will also appear as a notification on the Appliance Home screen.
