Troubleshooting

If "Probe Shorted" appears on the Dual Fuel Range display:

1. Verify proper probe use. The probe must be inserted into food when in use.
2. Verify that probe is properly seated. 
   • Refer to Wolf Dual Fuel Range Oven Temperature Probe Use.
3. Replace the temperature probe. Contact a Factory Certified Parts Distributor to order parts.
   • For part numbers, refer to How Many Temperature Probes Come with a Product.
4. If replacing the probe does not resolve the issue, contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
