1 cup unsalted butter, softened1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs room temperature
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

3/4 pound white chocolate chopped
3/4 pound milk chocolate chopped
Preparation Method
- Position oven racks to 1, 3 and 5 (counting from the bottom of the oven.)
- Preheat Wolf oven in CONVECTION at 325°F (165°C).
- Cream the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy in the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Add cocoa and mix again.
- Sift together flour baking soda and salt.
- Add flour mixture to mixer and stir just until combined.
- Add chopped chocolate and mix until combined.
- Bake cookies for 13 to 15 minutes.
