Grilled Corn on the Cob with Ancho Chili Lime Butter

Preparation Method
- Preheat Wolf BBQ on medium high for at least 10 minutes.
- Trim off silky end of corn. Carefully peel back husk and remove silk from corn. Pull husk back over corn to cover kernels.
- Combine butter, chili powder, salt, lime zest and cilantro in a small bowl.
- Place corn on grill and cook for about 16 minutes, leaving on each side for 4 minutes,
- When corn kernels are cooked, remove from grill and peel back husks.
- Coat corn with chili butter and serve with lime wedges.
