Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf Griddle to 400°F. 
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Using pastry brush, spread canola oil over the preheated griddle to coat the surface.
  4. Evenly space the tenderloin steaks onto the griddle, six at a time.
  5. Cook about 2-3 minutes a side to desired doneness. Place onto the buns and serve.
