Ingredients
2 Everything bagels, sliced in half


Dill-scallion cream cheese:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill

3 scallions, green parts only, finely chopped

¼ teaspoon salt

½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

8 ounces lox (thinly sliced smoked salmon)

Preparation Method

Make dill-scallion cream cheese:


  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
  2. If desired, use a food processor to combine ingredients.

Prepare bagel

  1. Toast bagel halves to medium browning.
  2. Spread each bagel half with 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese.
  3. Top with 2 slices of lox.
  4. Add optional toppings, as desired.
