Preparation Method
- Remove the core and roughly chop the head of cauliflower. Place the cauliflower into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
- In a large glass bowl, mix the chopped cauliflower, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place into the oven on the round glass tray. Select Gourmet Mode, then Soft Vegetables.
