Register and redeem

To register your appliances, start by either logging in to your existing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove account, or by creating a new account. If you encounter problems registering your appliances, please call Customer Care at (800) 222-7820.

Please collect the following before you begin:


  1. Serial numbers for your Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances.
    • Cove dishwasher serial numbers are located on the rating plate inside the unit on the left.

  2. An electronic itemized version of your sales invoice.

To redeem by mail, please download, complete, and return one of the following forms.
