Best Use Outside of Kitchen
Creating authentic luxury for this specialized room required that extra level from a designer’s point of view. Dialing up authentic luxury meant sourcing real shagreen hides and producing them into custom tiles. Those tiles were then installed in a herringbone pattern with a custom brass inlay to become the focal point of the room.

Designing around existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in this multi-unit building was a challenge for providing maximum wine storage. The double 30” Sub-Zero wine storage units are the perfect choice. The panel-ready units allowed for integrated custom design housed in dark cabinetry with brass metal inlay. Along with the equally impressive pleated zinc wrapped bar and custom walnut countertop, this wine room is a highly personalized and one-of-a-kind space.
