COOKING WITH A VIEW

The main prep space faces the panoramic views, enhancing the cooking experience and integrating the kitchen seamlessly into the penthouse's expansive ambience.

ADDING WARMTH TO CONTEMPORARY STYLE

The design thoughtfully incorporates elements of warmth to avoid a cold aesthetic. Natural materials and warm wood tones balance contemporary and cozy, creating an inviting mood.

FORM AND FUNCTION

Offering both sophisticated style and superior performance, Sub-Zero Refrigeration blends seamlessly with the black cabinetry, offering clutter-free convenience for daily use and entertaining. The Wolf Dual Fuel Range fulfills the gourmet homeowners’ cooking dreams and serves as a focal point of the design.

INNOVATIVE DESIGN DETAIL

A 3/8" thick solid stainless-steel shelf on the range wall wraps under the walnut wall cabinets, adding a sleek, modern touch while enhancing the kitchen's functionality.

OVERCOMING INSTALLATION CHALLENGES

The building's small permanent elevator required the prefabrication of larger countertop elements without installed cabinet templating. Despite these challenges, the installation maintained the design's integrity.
