Troubleshooting:

To setup a Speed Oven in showroom mode, first order part number 821106. This kit is required to convert 120V power to supply the 240V product.

Speed Oven Showroom Mode Installation Instructions contain the details to activate showroom mode.

To Enter Showroom or Demonstration Mode:

  1. Touch Settings five times.
  2. Touch 1.
  3. Touch Start. “DEMO ON” appears on the control panel display. “DEMO” remains on the display.

To Exit Demonstration Mode:

  1. Touch Settings five times.
  2. Touch 6.
  3. Touch Start. “DEMO OFF” appears on the control panel display.

Answer:

Demonstration mode allows operation to be demonstrated without power to the speed oven.
