Answer:

The cook time completion reminder on the MD Drawer Microwaves can be turned on and off.

  • The volume of the signal cannot be adjusted.

Upon completion, the microwave oven will chime every ten seconds for the first minute; then every three minutes (for one hour) until STOP/CLEAR is touched.

To eliminate the reminder:

  1. Touch SETTINGS three times.
  2. Touch START.
  3. “REMIND SIGNAL OFF” will appear on the control panel display.

To restore the reminder:

  1. Touch SETTINGS three times.
  2. Touch START.
  3. “REMIND SIGNAL ON” will appear on the control panel display.
