  • M Series Oven Cookbook
    • Correction: On Page 57 of the cookbook, add the rosemary and thyme during step 12 before deglazing the pan.
    • Correction: Page 92 of the cookbook states to use the frozen appetizer mode in Wolf Gourmet, but M Series Ovens do not have that mode. Follow package directions when cooking frozen appetizers.
