Wolf SO24 E Series Oven Sabbath Mode

Answer:

To enter Sabbath Mode on the SO24:

  1. Push in center knob.
  2. Turn knob to User Setting.
  3. Push in knob.
  4. Turn knob to ACOUSTICAL SIGNAL.
  5. Push in knob (OK).
  6. Turn knob to OFF.
  7. Push in knob (OK).
  8. Turn knob to ILLUMINATION.
  9. Push in knob (OK).
  10. Turn knob to Via Button Only.
  11. Push in knob (OK).
  12. Touch OFF on unit.
  13. Touch MODE control four times.
  14. Push in knob (OK).
  15. Turn knob to set desired temperature (must be over 210°F).
  16. Push in knob (OK) to start mode.
  17. Oven should come on and stay on with the light not coming on when door is opened.
