Roast Mode is best for roasting less-tender cuts of meat, such as check roasts and stew meat that should be covered.
Roast Mode is ideal for cooking:
- Chicken quarters
- Chuck roast
- Cornish game hens
- Meatloaf
- Prime Rib
- Roast
- Turkey breast, whole
- Turkey pieces
- Turkey, whole
Recommendations are a guide only, recipe or package directions should take precedence.
The 24" E Series Oven (SO24) does not have a Roast Mode.
- The Bake Mode will work the same as roast in the SO24, and should be used for roasting meats and vegetables.
