L Series Oven Dehydration Mode

Answer:

An accessory kit is required to dehydrate food in Dual Fuel Ranges. For part numbers and ordering information, refer to Dehydration Kit Information.

To set dehydration mode:

  1. Place doorstop supplied with accessory kit onto oven door lock.
  2. Touch and hold CONVECTION for 3 seconds.
  3. Oven temperature is preset to 135°F (60°C). Touch ENTER to select preset temperature or use number pads to change temperature between 110°F (45°C) and 160°F (70°C).
  4. Touch ENTER.
