Legacy Convection Steam Oven (Touch Control) Rack Guide Removal

Troubleshooting:

To remove rack guides: 

  1. Remove the knurled nut on the front of the rack guide.
  2. Pull the rack guide to the side of the threaded stud and remove from the front.

When replacing the rack guides, make sure that the notches in the guides face up, as shown below. This is an anti-tip measure when pulling pans out of the oven.
