Legacy Convection Steam Oven (Touch Control) Yogurt Mode
Topics:

- How to use Yogurt Mode
- Touch Control Convection Steam Oven (CSO) Yogurt Mode
Answer:
The Yogurt Mode for the Convection Steam Oven (CSO) allows one to make homemade yogurt, often by combining a favorite dairy milk with a yogurt starter or yogurt culture, according to a recipe. This mode is available only for newer CSOs without a knob.
- Homemade yogurt calls for a very low oven temperature (approximately 110°F) to be maintained for an extended period of time. Refer to a recipe for exact requirements.
- Yogurt Mode takes the guesswork out, maintaining the CSO at the appropriate temperature.
- To use Yogurt Mode, enter the Gourmet Mode menu and follow the instructions on the screen, as shown below.
