Wolf Convection Steam Oven Sabbath Mode

Answer:

Touch Control Convection Steam Ovens

The Convection Steam Ovens with touch controls (Legacy and Current) do not feature a Sabbath mode, and cannot be set to run during Sabbath.

  • This includes legacy models CSO24 and CSO30 with touch controls and current CSO2450 and CSO3050 models.

Legacy CSO (Knob Control)

The instructions below apply only to Legacy Convection Steam Ovens with a knob.

To set Sabbath on the CSO:

  1. Push in the center knob.
  2. Turn knob to User Setting and push the knob to select.
  3. Turn the knob to Illumination and push the knob to select.
  4. Turn the knob to Via Button Only, which causes the light to come on only when the Light button is touched.
  5. Push in the knob to select the setting.
  6. Turn the knob to Acoustic Signal and push in the knob to select.
  7. Turn the knob to OFF and push in the knob to select.
  8. Touch Mode four times to set it to Convection mode.
  9. Turn the knob to set the desired temperature (must be under 210°F).
  10. Push in the knob to start the mode.

The oven will turn on and stay on. The light will not turn on when the door opens.

To set Time Bake in Sabbath on the CSO:

  1. Push in the center knob.
  2. Turn the knob to User Setting and push in the knob to select.
  3. Turn the knob to Illumination.
  4. Turn the knob to Via Button Only, which causes the light to come on only when the Light button is touched.
  5. Push in the knob to select the setting.
  6. Turn the knob to Acoustic Signal and push in the knob to select.
  7. Turn the knob to OFF and push in the knob to select.
  8. Touch Mode four times to set it to Convection mode.
  9. Turn knob to set desired temperature and push in the knob to start the mode.
  10. Push Time.
  11. Turn the knob to set the desired duration time and push in knob to select.

The oven will stay on for the duration of time indicated, and then the oven will turn off.
