Troubleshooting:

The CI Induction Cooktop, CE Electric Cooktop, and IR Induction Range annunciator volume is adjustable using the timer controls in the user options.

• The unit must be in idle mode in order to adjust either the volume or the frequency.
• If the unit is unlocked and the control zones are inactive, it is in idle mode.

To enter the User Options menu from idle mode:

1. Press and hold ALL OFF key for 5 seconds.
   • After 5 seconds, the unit will beep once.
   • If the ALL OFF key is not released after 7 seconds, the User Options Mode does not engage.
2. "Uo" will appear on the 2-digit display.
   • The Use and Care Guide states "Vo" appears on the unit display.
   • The dot displayed on the front left control zone shows the current volume level.
   • Power level 1 for low, 5 for medium, and 10 for high.
   • Touch the front left control zone MLT/SIM and HI keys to adjust the volume up or down.
   • Touch the + key to advance the options mode to Annunciator Frequency.
3. "Fr" will appear on the 2-digit display.
   • The dot displayed on the front left control zone shows the current frequency level.
   • Power level 1 for low, 5 for medium, and 10 for high.
   • Touch the front left control zone MLT/SIM and HI keys to adjust the frequency up or down.
4. Touch ALL OFF to return to idle mode.
