CE Electric Cooktop LEDs Do Not Work

Cause:

  • Loose wire
  • Loose connector
  • Bad LED
  • Bad control board

Troubleshooting:

If an LED is not working:

  1. Turn the power off to the unit.
  2. Leave the lower off for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Turn the power back on to the unit.
  4. If these steps do not resolve the issue, no further customer troubleshooting advice is available. Contact Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for repair.
