If a customer reports the wrong item was received from their NCP order:
- Review their NCP order to confirm.
- If the error is on the customer's part, refer to National Consumer Promotion Product Exchange for instructions.
- If this is Wolf Gourmet's error, advise the caller you will update Wolf Gourmet on the situation and ask that they contact the customer.
- Ask the customer if they prefer email or a phone call.
- Email [email protected].
- Advise Wolf Gourmet the item the customer received is not the item they ordered, and the customer would like to exchange for the correct item.
- Provide a screenshot of the HBB Info Order in the redemption site.
- Advise of the customer's preferred method of contact.
- Wolf Gourmet will email the customer a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to the box to send the incorrect item back.
- The customer will drop the item off at UPS, and once in transit, Wolf Gourmet will send out the correct product.
- Wolf Gourmet monitors shipments and will know when the package is en route back to them.
- Create an SLX ticket documenting the situation and pertinent details.
