- If the customer disconnects their Wi-Fi and the appliances still appear, email [email protected] to remove the device from the app.
Answer
When "Connect" is Off on Sub-Zero Appliances:
- There will be no change to the appliances behavior.
- After the appliance has been disconnected there will be no indication on the App (the appliance won't appear grayed out)
- The appliance will still respond to setpoint changes, light changes, and requests for data.
- The appliance will reject requests to enter specific modes (e.g. Vacation Mode, High Use Mode).
- Some functions will fail.
When "Connect" is Off on Wolf Appliances:
- There will be no change to the appliances behavior.
- After the appliance has been disconnected there will be no indication on the App (the appliance won't appear grayed out)
- The appliance will still respond to setpoint changes, light changes, and requests for data.
- The appliance will now allow the user to make it "Remote Ready."
- All functions will work with the exception of "Initiate Cooking."
When "Connect" is Off on Cove Appliances:
- The appliance will not be powered
- Application will not be able to find the appliance.
- Appliance cannot be paired or interacted with.
- Appliance removes power from Connected Module.
