To Bypass the water filter in a Classic Series CL Model:
- Remove the water filter cartridge by twisting and pulling it out.
- If the filter is not installed, the filter function is not in use.
- In bypass mode, the water supplied to the product is not filtered.
- Turn off the water filter monitor if not using the water filter. Refer to Classic Series (CL) Reset Water Filter for instructions.
- The water filter monitor must be turned off and turned on again if a new filter is inserted.
