Answer:

Sub-Zero water filters do not have an individual part warranty nor are water filters covered by the Sub-Zero's warranty.

If a water filter arrives damaged, or is believed to be defective, contact Sub-Zero Customer Care at (800) 222-7820, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, for assistance.
