Customer Instructions

1. Connected Capable Classic (BI) products can connect to the Sub-Zero Group Owner's App to remotely control and monitor some features and functions of the product. Connection requires installation of a connectivity kit by a Factory Certified Service provider. If the connectivity status is unknown, use the Connectivity Kit Lookup to determine if the product is connected capable.
   
   • Note: The connectivity kit is sold separately. Parts and labor are customer responsibility.

Install Connectivity Kit:

1. Contact a Factory Certified Service to schedule an appointment for connectivity kit installation. Have the model and serial number available for the service provider.
2. Once they have the parts needed, the service company will schedule the installation.

Connect the Appliance

1. After the connectivity kit installation, use the Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App Quick Start Guide to connect to the appliance and remotely control some features and functions.
